Operations Technician at Riksbyggen in Lund

Riksbyggen is growing in line with our customers. We are now expanding our operations and looking for an operations technician for the Southern Skåne market area.

As an operations technician, you will work with technically complex buildings that require extensive property technical competence. You will work with energy and operations monitoring, perform service, identify deviations, and carry out corrective maintenance.

Make a Difference with Us

As an operations technician, you will handle operational technical issues and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the properties' technical systems. You will work in a customer team, closely collaborating with other operations technicians, technical managers, and property managers. You will ensure that the operation of the properties functions optimally according to the property owner's requirements and the tenants' expectations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Performing service on heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Managing periodic service schedules and operations monitoring
• Adjusting ventilation in rental apartments
• Troubleshooting heating, hot water, and ventilation issues for our customers
• Repair and maintenance actions in operational technical systems
• Participating in the implementation of OVK
• On-site alarm management
• Reading meters for water, electricity, and purchased heat, and entering values into the energy analysis system

We Expect You to Have:

• Training as an operations technician or other high school education/KY education with a technical focus in operational technology, property management, or property administration
• Broad technical experience in property technology
• Good knowledge of heating and ventilation systems, control technology, monitoring systems, and operational optimization in properties
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (OVK, fire, radon, etc.)
• Good skills in working with digital tools and systems support
• Strong ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written communication.
• A valid B driver's license

The position is based in Lund, and work will primarily take place in Lund and surrounding areas, but work may also occur in other locations within the market area.
